About Our Business and Policies
About Us:
Audie's Moonwalks, Etc. A family business that loves to
see children have the party of their dreams. We can help
you provide your special child with a party they will not
forget.
We deliver, setup and pickup free within our service
area. We do the hard work so you do not have to.
The equipment is cleaned regularly so you will have a clean
unit delivered for your party guest.
The units have been purchased over the last six years and
are in excellent condition.
Audie's Moonwalks, Etc., has been in business in
northwest Houston since June of 2002 and has satisfied
many customers needs.
Accept all major Credit Cards.
Policies:
A deposit $50.00 will be required on all rentals. Remainder of fee will be
collected on setup.
*** Please note all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be kept on file for
twelve (12) months for your re-scheduling if rental is cancelled within 48 hours
prior to scheduled rental.***
All cancellations must be received forty-eight (48) hours in advance or the
deposit becomes a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations due to weather are
understandable and will not be charged the cancellation fee. If deposit was not
required at the time of rental then the cancellation fee of $40.00 will be billed.
A cleaning fee of $25.00 will be charged if units are used in any
manner other than listed in lease agreement or the posted rules
on front of unit.
